Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our growing primary care team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care

• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans

• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems

• Ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and adherence to care standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas

• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends)
