Per-diem Registered Nurse Lead oversees and coordinates day-to-day nursing activities on assigned shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing, smooth patient care delivery, and operational compliance. Provides direction, coaching, and performance feedback to clinical staff, maintains documentation of staffing and administrative records, and supports patient and family communications. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, active RN licensure, BLS, and preferred clinical and leadership experience.
