Assignment start date: As soon as credentialled
Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. This is an 8-hour work day w/1 hour unpaid lunch.
OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years experience.
Advanced Practitioners are expected to see up to 18 patients per day.
