📅 Schedule: 14 Days On 7 Days Off Rotation

🔧 The Job: As a Night Shift Lease Operator, you’ll be the boots on the ground ensuring safe, efficient operations across our water infrastructure sites. Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain large pipeline network with multiple facilities
Monitor pressures, rates, and level on Scada
Inspect piping, fittings, and equipment for issues
Ensure a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
Complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time
Support process improvements and team goals
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Complete required training and certifications
Perform other duties as assigned
✅ Requirements:
6+ Months of Oil & Gas Related Experience Preferred!
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
