Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician without OB duties for a multi-specialty outpatient clinic staffed by physicians and advanced practice providers. The role includes standard clinic hours, managing 20-25 patients per day, and utilizing an EPIC EMR system, with access to onsite diagnostic and behavioral health services. Compensation includes salary guarantee, RVU production shifts, signing bonuses, loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive benefits in Moses Lake, WA.

Practice Details
Provider team consists of 6 Physicians and 2 APPs when fully staffed
Standard 4-day work week
Clinic hours: 8A " 5P
Full time/permanent position
Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call
Lab draw, X-ray, CT scan, MRI and integrated behavioral health onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
20-25 patients per day
EMR system is EPIC

Compensation and Benefits
First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two.
- For this position, wages will be between $267,986 and $289,715. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications
