We are a growing FQHC seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our team. MDs and Dos are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active state medical license
