General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proven GM or AGM experience in high-volume fast casual or casual dining
• Hands-on leader who works shoulder to shoulder with the team
• Skilled at managing tight labor, peak rush periods, and consistent product execution
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost controls, and day-to-day operations
• Ability to coach and motivate a small team while maintaining high standards
• Reliable track record of delivering great guest service in a fast-moving setting
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
• Background in counter-service model restaurants
• Strong scheduling and forecasting instincts for heavy traffic patterns
• Familiarity with the Nashville hospitality market is a plus
