Lead Lean improvements with ISO 9001 exposure and weekday 7am–4pm schedule. Quality/Continuous Improvement Coordinator role in manufacturing/operations; Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm; hourly pay from $22/hr; ongoing/perm role supporting process improvement and ISO compliance. - Experience in quality assurance - Lean manufacturing training or experience - Knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferred) - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Quality / Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Pay: $22/hr and up (based on experience)

Summary:
We are seeking a Quality/Continuous Improvement Coordinator to help improve processes, quality, and efficiency. This role leads Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts, supports ISO 9001 compliance, and drives data‑based improvements across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
• Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system compliance
• Analyze data, KPIs, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions
• Create and support audits, process controls, and employee training tools

Qualifications:

• Experience in quality assurance
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred
• Lean manufacturing training or experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
