Are you a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner passionate about oncology and community health? Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a dedicated Hematology-Oncology NP to join our patient-centered team in Santa Cruz. In this role, you will be a vital part of our cancer program, working alongside expert physicians to provide compassionate, high-level care to our coastal community
Collaborative Practice: Work in a team-based environment alongside Board-Certified Hematologists/Oncologists, where your clinical expertise is valued and your professional growth is supported.
Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans.

Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans.
Perform clinical procedures and manage follow-up care in the clinic and infusion center.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning.
Partner with patients and families to navigate the rapid diagnosis clinic and supportive services.
Foster a positive provider culture focused on innovation and clinical excellence.
Possess a valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
