Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience providing care in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations, transfers, gait training, and fall prevention preferred.
