Primary Care - Central California

• Non-profit, community-based health center seeks a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team. Internists are also encouraged to apply
• Base salary: $258,383.12 - $413,413.00
• Both 5-day (8-hour shifts) and 4-day (9-hour shifts) work week options available. One evening shift per week - 12 pm to 9 pm and one Saturday per month
• Average patient volume: 20-23 per 8-hour shift & 24-26 9-hour shift
• Scheduling guidelines in place to ensure providers do not have back to back complex visits
  
• EMR: eCW
• Primarily Spanish speaking patient population - Ability to speak Spanish encouraged
  
• Provide primary care services including pediatric, adult, women's care, and office-based procedures
