A well-established urology practice in Tucson, Arizona is adding a BE/BC Urologist to join a highly tenured, collaborative team.
This group offers modern technology, strong clinical support, and a practice model designed for efficiency and balance.
Opportunity Highlights:
• 4 clinic days (25 patients/day) and 1 dedicated OR day (5-10 cases/week).
• Low call for sustainable work-life balance.
• Dedicated MA for each provider plus experienced support staff.
• On-site Da Vinci robotic system.
• Stable, team-oriented culture with long-standing physicians.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $500,000-$615,000 base salary plus additional call pay.
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k).
