Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $75- $100/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: In-person
Travel: Assessment visits are conducted in-person as required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
