- BLS Certification Required Prior to First Shift
- ACLS Required Prior to First Shift (CIRH ONLY)
- ICU Experience Nice to have
- Assumes charge responsibility following orientation period as requested
- Supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees
- Provides direction, training and supervision of ancillary nursing personnel
- Delegates appropriately
