Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner School-Based Clinic
Location: Dahlonega, Georgia
Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center located in North Georgia is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their school-based clinic team in Dahlonega, GA. This year-round clinic, located on an elementary school campus, is open to both students and the general public, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative provider who values community health, team-based care, and understands the mission of serving underserved populations through an FQHC model. The position is ideal for a provider seeking work-life balance and meaningful engagement with the community.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, outpatient opportunity
- 4-day work week (7:30 AM 5:00 PM)
- No weekends, nights, or on-call duties
- Year-round, public-facing school-based clinic
- Collaborative care with physicians, behavioral health, and support staff
- Clinical support staff assigned to assist with workflow
- Focus on quality care and improvement using UDS measure

Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
- Current BLS certification
- 1 2 years of experience preferred
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
