Develop and implement treatment plans, potentially including surgical intervention collaborating with attending surgeons. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment decisions. Provide clear and concise communication with patients, families, and nursing staff. Document patient care comprehensively and accurately in the Cerner electronic medical record system. Who You Are: Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Current and active license to practice medicine in Missouri (MO only). Strong clinical skills and experience in managing a variety of orthopedic emergencies, including fractures and infections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to work within a call coverage schedule.
