What You'll Be Doing

• Operate ready-mix truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Manage concrete slump adjustments and ensure proper mix during delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements for ready-mix operations.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in varied conditions.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable and detail-oriented in completing tasks and documentation.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
