We are hiring a full-time and a part-time hospitalist. All team members will rotate and assist with night shifts, where they will have the opportunity to proctor residents. The majority of shifts each year are the day shift.

• Well-established team of 8 physicians at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center.
• Work alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties.

Qualifications:

• All levels of experience are considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

• Our model allows for flexible scheduling and working 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day shift: Work with two other hospitalists in completing rounds and admitting patients.
• Night shift: Complete admissions and provide cross-coverage and Code/RRT support throughout the hospital proctor resident physicians.

• Mason City, with a population of 30,000, is in North Central Iowa, halfway between the capital cities of St Paul, Minnesota, and Des Moines, Iowa.
