Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in Michigan, requiring at least three years of tele experience and a completed travel assignment.
Responsibilities
- Hospital-based telemetry unit with floating required to CSU, 3 South, 4 South, and Med Surg units including 3 West, 4 West, and IPR
- Work with telemetry patient population
- Utilizes Paragon EMR, with experience preferred
- Strict attendance policy with termination after three absences or late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes
- Up to 5 days of requested time off permitted
- Candidates with negative background or employment history are not eligible for expedited processing
- Holiday coverage expectations apply
- Floating between telemetry and medical surgical units is required
Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license required
- Minimum of 3 years recent telemetry experience required
- Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Paragon EMR experience preferred
