Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Beyond Care Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism spectrum disorder reach their full potential. Our team of dedicated behavior specialists utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children in achieving success in social settings, academic environments, and at home. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs in various settings, including home and school
Collaborate with behavior analysts, family members, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care and to drive positive outcomes for our clients
Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Working Conditions:
Job Type: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
Speak Spanish
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings, including but not limited to:
40 Hour RBT Training
CPR Certification
Must be able to pass a background check and have a reliable means of transportation
Work Environment:
