Schedule: Night Shift, 9:00 PM 7:00 AM, Monday Sunday

Requirements
- Active Georgia Medical License
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (non negotiable)
- Current ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
- Comfortable working independently in an outpatient emergency setting
- Prior locum experience preferred but not required
Role Overview
This facility is seeking a reliable Emergency Medicine physician to provide consistent night shift coverage. Expected Emergency Medicine Procedures
Emergency Medicine physicians in this role should be prepared to perform and manage core EM procedures, including:
- Endotracheal intubation
- Non invasive ventilation management
- Rapid sequence induction
- Basic and advanced airway stabilization
- Cardioversion and defibrillation
- Management of cardiac arrest and acute arrhythmias
- Central line placement (as needed)
- Initial stabilization of shock, sepsis, and trauma
- Laceration repair (simple to complex)
- Splinting and fracture stabilization
- Abscess incision and drainage
- Basic burn assessment and stabilization
- Pediatric resuscitation
- Pediatric airway management
- Evaluation and stabilization of common pediatric emergencies
General ED Responsibilities
- Rapid triage and medical decision making
- Coordination with on call specialists (if applicable)
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies
- Documentation of all encounters in EMR
