A private dermatology group in Arkansas is seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to lead a busy skin cancer program with access to on-site ASC, in-house lab, and surgical support. The position offers a competitive total compensation package exceeding $1.45M, a sign-on bonus, a partnership path with equity potential, and a light call schedule. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible in Dermatology and comfortable working in a high-volume, patient-centered surgical environment.
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private, physician-owned dermatology group in Arkansas (AR) to recruit a Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to anchor and scale a busy skin-cancer program. The platform includes an on-site ASC, in-house Mohs lab/dermatopathology, and experienced surgical support so you can focus on surgery, reconstruction, and outcomes.

Total income tied to collections (%); $1M+ realistic at strong volumes; modeled up to $1.45M+
Up to $100k sign-on
Mohs cases in Year 1 with trajectory toward 1,000
Partnership path (Mohs only) with potential to acquire equity (up to 49%)
4 5 day schedule, very light call
Efficient ops: on-site ASC + Mohs lab + dermpath, Emma EMR, scribes
Comprehensive benefits; relocation supported via sign-on flexibility
Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
Fellowship-trained Mohs (ACMS preferred); experienced Mohs dermatologists without fellowship considered (advanced flaps/grafts)
Board-Certified/Eligible in Dermatology; AR license or eligibility
Patient-first, team-oriented surgeon comfortable in high-throughput settings
