Nurse Practitioner Inpatient Rounding
Location: Johnstown, CO
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
We are seeking a nurse practitioner to join our small tight-knit facility in Johnstown, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled provider who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Position Overview:As our Nurse Practitioner, you will provide inpatient rounding services in a supportive medical facility. You ll work alongside an experienced team committed to delivering high-quality care in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:Perform daily inpatient rounds, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Collaborate with physicians and care team members to coordinate patient care
Document patient encounters accurately and timely
Provide patient and family education and support as needed
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Schedule & Work Environment:Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
No nights, weekends, or on-call required

Qualifications:Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
Preferred: Previous inpatient or hospitalist experience
Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
