Job Summary

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 26-week outpatient assignment in Clarksville, TN. This role requires a PT with full pelvic health experience. The clinician will manage a full outpatient caseload with productivity expectations and work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a busy therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for outpatient physical therapy patients

• Independently treat pelvic health cases (required for this position)

• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-ups

• Maintain productivity at 60 visits per week

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely

• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and administrative staff

• Adhere to clinic policies regarding overtime (must be pre-approved by the director)

Requirements

• Pelvic Health Physical Therapy experience — fully independent

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

• New grads not accepted

• First-time travelers accepted

• State PT license (or eligibility) for Tennessee

• Strong communication, time management, and outpatient clinical skills
