The Obstetrics Physician provides in-house hospitalist coverage for obstetric emergencies and ongoing care for laboring patients, collaborating closely with local obstetric teams. We are recruiting OB/GYN physicians for a hospitalist position providing in-house coverage for obstetric emergencies and continuity of care for laboring patients. Collaborate with local obstetric teams to ensure every woman receives expert, compassionate care.
Position Highlights:
7 (24-hour) shifts per month " no call or private practice duties

Facility Environment:
The maternity center offers personalized birth experiences with advanced monitoring and therapeutic capabilities for mothers and babies. Services include a mother-baby clinic, breastfeeding education, board-certified lactation consultants, neonatal care, prenatal classes, and participation in the Texas Ten Step Program. The unit averages approximately 1,200 annual deliveries.
