Teach and train resident physicians and medical students in Family Medicine. Evaluate residents using competency-based/milestone evaluations and act as an advisor for assigned residents. Assist in developing and delivering an engaging learning curriculum and environment. Participate in faculty development activities, faculty meetings, and program committees. Serve on committees, including the Program Evaluation Committee, Clinical Competency Committee, and others as required.
