Our client, a leading healthcare outreach organization, is seeking a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Vietnamese and a passion for community engagement, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative (English and Vietnamese)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
What’s the Job?
- Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment presentations to beneficiaries.
- Assist individuals with enrollment/disenrollment in managed care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and transmit data per policy.
- Support community events and health fairs to promote program awareness.
- Collaborate with county staff and community groups to ensure program success.
What’s Needed?
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to travel to various outreach sites as assigned.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or community outreach preferred.
