- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in NICU/Level II–III settings preferred
- Comfortable with 12–24 hour in-house shifts and team-based coverage

Medical Group is seeking Neonatologists to join a newly employed group
- 24/7 in-house coverage with flexible 12 to 24-hour shifts.
- Support from full-time Peds Hospitalist and full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
- Access to a well-established Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program, including genetic counseling services.
- Opportunities to work in a Level II and Level I campus with OB/ED and OB/OR suites.
- Full-time lactation services are available to support breastfeeding families at both hospitals.
- A team of experienced and stable OB hospitalists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Compensation includes: Comprehensive Salary Package, Malpractice insurance, Paid time off, paid holidays, Matching 401K/403b plans, CME stipend and additional paid time, Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
