Pediatrician Opportunity in West Central MNLocated in Fergus Falls, MN.Permanent & Full TimeJoin an established pediatrics practice of physician and advanced practice provider colleagues to provide the full scope of pediatric primary care services to include: Child and teen well visits, general pediatric visits, sports & activity physicals, ADD & ADHD treatment in conjunction with external mental health facility within community, attendance at C-sections, emergency situations, and high-risk deliveries. -Equitable participation in on-call rotation, presently the rotation is 1:5-Dedicated Pediatric Department within multi-specialty clinic with inpatient rounding on the Pediatric Floor and Newborn Nursery (hospital & clinic are attached)Compensation & BenefitsPlease note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.-Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $275,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU†s).-Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships.-Relocation reimbursement & sign on bonus (with assistance in residency if applicable).-10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan after 6 months of employment, or 1,000 hours worked whichever occurs first.-Opportunity to apply for state and national student loan forgiveness programs that have potential to award up to $120,000.00.-Cash balance plan.-Health, dental, vision, long term and short-term disability insurance; professional liability insurance offered.-6 weeks of time off per calendar year.Qualifications:-Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.-Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required.-Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
