Recruiting a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a permanent, 100% outpatient primary care role in rural Oregon with a flexible schedule (no call, nights, or weekends) and a patient panel of 6–18 per day. Compensation includes a guaranteed base ($300k–$350k), $100k sign-on, production and annual bonuses, student loan assistance, and generous paid time off; attached clinic to a critical access hospital. Candidates must be MD/DO, board certified/eligible, able to obtain Oregon license; 2026 grads considered; visa candidates not eligible.
