Schedule

• Monday to Friday schedule with approximately 36 clinical hours per week
• Assignments available with flexible start dates, credentialing pending

Cases and Procedures

• Manage memory disorders and dementia care
• Conduct 4-5 new memory/cognitive evaluations and follow-up visits daily
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and make clinical trial referral

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Neurology/Psychiatry
• California state licensure required
