An established urology practice located 30 minutes outside Saginaw, MI is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their inpatient team with a focus on patients recovering from urologic surgery/conditions. Candidates will work at one of the area hospitals (Monday-Friday) with no weekend requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide consults for the ER as well as OB and Urology patients

Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients

Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

Develop and implement patient management plans

Qualifications:

Active MI State License

1-2 years of prior experience working as a PA-C/APRN in a related field

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
