Full-Time Psychiatrist Competitive Salary + Benefits Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist seeking a meaningful role where your clinical expertise can have a real impact? Join a respected 120-bed inpatient facility near Red Key, Indiana, and provide essential care in a supportive, well-structured environment. Position Highlights Patient Care: Treat adult and geriatric patients with an average caseload of 12 16 per day. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with some scheduling flexibility. Collaborative Team: Partner with a full-time Nurse Practitioner and participate in daily treatment team meetings with social workers and utilization review specialists. Clinical Focus: Primarily inpatient care, with occasional PHP/IOP coverage and telemedicine consults. Support: Backed by a robust infrastructure, local management support, and training in MIPS, billing, and coding. Coverage: Professional liability insurance (with tail), plus wellness and referral programs.
