This is a permanent non-invasive cardiology physician position in a well-established private practice group in Western Massachusetts offering a $500K first-year guaranteed compensation with additional recruitment bonuses and long-term earning potential. The group provides robust benefits including a fully funded 401K, profit-sharing plans, and a partnership opportunity after two years with additional vacation days. The practice covers two local hospitals, has 12 physicians and a large staff, and serves over 30,000 patients with comprehensive cardiac services.
Private practice Non-Invasive cardiology openings in Western Massachusetts- Non-invasive - $500K guarantee first year Key Highlights: First year guaranteed floor compensation of $450,000 with no production component in year one as you build the practice. Long-term earnings potential and compensation structure will be discussed directly with the group. Group is offering a first-year recruitment bonus of $50,000 with 25K paid at signing and 25K at the end of the first year of employment. Outstanding 401K (funded 100% by the group) and separate Profit-sharing plan starting in year 2. Most providers elect for the IRS allowable maximum funding. Practice call frequency is 3 times per month including 6-7 weekends per year.
