OBGYN Opening in Columbus, OHA respected and expanding OBGYN practice on the east side of Columbus is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join its dynamic team. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a competitive salary, robust benefits, and a balanced work-life schedule in a thriving, supportive community.Position Highlights: Join a growing, hospital-employed OBGYN group on the east side of Columbus, near Easton Town Center. Strategically located between two facilities with MFM support and Level III NICUs. Balanced schedule: 3-3.5 clinic days/week and 1 OR day/week. 1:4 to 1:5 shared call rotation (includes weekends); 1:3 midwife call coverage. Provide both obstetric care and gynecologic surgery, including robotic procedures. Robotic surgery interest is highly preferred. Optional teaching role through a local OB/GYN residency program. Must live within 30 minutes of hospitals.Requirements: Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (within 2 years of eligibility and actively pursuing certification). Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain). DEA license (or ability to obtain). Interest in robotic surgery preferred. Must be seeking full-time, permanent employment only.Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary: $285,000, plus immediate bonus potential. Up to $100,000 in starting/sign-on bonus OR loan forgiveness (or 50/50 split). Student loan repayment assistance available. Annual $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days. 216 hours of PTO annually (27 days), with 40-hour rollover. Relocation reimbursement.
