A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in southern Connecticut that provides a wide range of services, including primary, oral, and behavioral health care, along with case management and community programs, is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. We are a regional community health center covering over 30 towns in eastern Connecticut. About the opportunity: Total outpatient Option for a four-day work week 1:1 Medical Assistant/Physician 1:2 RN/Physician ratios RNs perform education visits, triage, and in-box refill support Clinical faculty appointment and medical student teaching opportunities Minimal on-call with stipend In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School-Based Health Centers.
