? What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings
Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
Collect session data and complete progress notes
Collaborate with caregivers and supervisors
Create a positive, engaging environment that promotes growth
✅ What We’re Looking For
Active RBT certification (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Passion for supporting children and families
