Are you an experienced Interventional Radiologist looking for a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? This position near Olympia, Washington, offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a significant impact. Specialty: Interventional Radiology. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM???6 PM. Night call coverage on weekdays and 24-hour call on weekends. Upcoming shifts: January 24???30, February 21???27, March 28???April 3, and May 2???8. Orientation available in late January for February and beyond shifts. Duties: Perform procedures such as drain placement, biliary and urologic interventions, TIPS, GI bleed embolization, PE thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and other hepatobiliary interventions. Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure prompt and effective patient care. Handle referrals for interventional radiology from both inpatient and outpatient sources. Requirements: Licenses and Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology with interventional radiology experience. Washington state medical license (preferred) or eligibility through the IMLC. BLS and DEA certifications required. Fluoroscopy certification preferred but flexible. Availability during credentialing and shift confirmation is required. Compensation: Competitive hourly rates. Nightly and on-call compensation. Holiday pay structured at 1.5x standard rates. Malpractice insurance included in rates. Facility Details: Hospital setting with advanced EMR system (Cerner). Support staff includes experienced RNs and techs. Patient referrals average 8???10 daily. Additional Notes: Travel and lodging support available for eligible candidates.
