American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 2nd shift assignment requiring ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certification and experience in X-ray, CT, and fluoroscopy.
Responsibilities- Work in a 78-bed hospital providing diagnostic imaging services
- Perform a variety of procedures including CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, OR, and orthopedics
- Serve multiple departments such as oncology, neurosurgery, large orthopedics practice, and various clinics
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other weekend shifts from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM
- No call required
- Patient population includes adults and pediatrics across diverse specialties
- Must live at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging in a variety of clinical settings
- Must be skilled in maintaining safety protocols and producing high quality films
- Environment can become busy and requires adaptability
- Housing may be available for rent directly from the facility
- Team supports multiple clinic specialties in addition to hospital patients
- Professional attire or scrubs required as appropriate for radiology
- Active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certification required
- Current BLS certification from AHA required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT and X-ray technologist
- Experience performing diagnostic imaging, CT scans, X-rays, fluoroscopy, orthopedic and OR cases
- Ability to work confidently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of flu vaccination required with no exemptions allowed
- License required if applicable
