Shift & ScheduleNight Shift: 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday, if needed
RTO / Block Scheduling: Must be submitted at time of submittal
Call-Off Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract
Licensing & CertificationsExperience & ChartingRecent acute care experience within the last 6 months required
EPIC experience required
First-time travelers accepted
Local RNs not accepted (must reside more than 75 miles from facility; locals accepted for LPNs only)
Unit DetailsMedical Surgical / Telemetry unit (specific unit assigned at offer)
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:7
Floating required within RN skill set
Required Clinical SkillsCardiac monitoring and emergency response (dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code team activation)
IV therapy and phlebotomy (peripheral IV care/management)
Oxygen administration (nasal cannula, oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management)
Isolation precautions
