Job DescriptionWe are seeking a registered nurse with Epic experience to fill a temporary backfill position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the Epic electronic health record system. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork within a diverse clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a timely manner.
- Utilize Epic system effectively for patient documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Active nursing license with Nursys verification.
- Completion of required competencies and skills checklists.
- Current certifications including but not limited to MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella.
