Family Medicine Physician (FP) needed in Clarion, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($220,000+/yr)
• Health Insurance Employer covers 80% (Employee: $41.04 - $164.38/month)
• Dental and Vision Insurance Employee: $4.37 + $1.01 = $5.38/month

Responsibilities

• Monday-Thursday (8:00am-6:00pm) and Friday (8:00am-12:00pm)
• Outpatient clinic working in a primary care setting

Requirements

• Clear and Active License and DEA in the State of Pennsylvania
• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
