Office schedule Mon & Thu 8:00–20:00, Tue/Wed/Fri 8:00–17:00. 36 patient-contact hrs + 4 admin hrs; one evening/week. Permanent position with rotating office call among 12 providers; option to take own night call. Practice of five physicians + APP, RN & MA support. - Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine - Eligible for IN medical licensure - Experience in outpatient family practice preferred - Ability to work required office hours and participate in call rotation
