This person will have a passion for excellence in teaching both at the bedside and in didactic sessions and be passionate as well about the academic, intellectual and career development of trainees at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
- Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR time
- Many procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. excluding vasectomies
- Average outpatient clinic volumes: 15 - 25 per day
- Call 1:2 with residents taking first call
- Inpatient rounding as needed
- Minimum two years teaching and leadership experience
