Position Summary
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrists to join its expanding Division of General Psychiatry. We are recruiting for the following specialties:
- General Psychiatry
- Addiction Psychiatry
- Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Geriatric Psychiatry
This expansion supports the department s commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and research. Faculty members will have opportunities to contribute across all three academic missions and may provide inpatient and/or outpatient care to adults and/or youth with mental health disorders.
Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Tennessee
- Open to candidates across all academic ranks and tracks
- Special consideration for candidates with expertise and training in General, Addiction, Geriatric or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
