Recruitment Package
- Independent Contractor position, offering a 2-year salary guarantee. After 2 years, production model will exceed salary guarantee.
- Practice will assist in completing and submitting malpractice insurance application, up to $7,500 per year.
- Practice will assist with experienced broker to explain available health insurance options.
- Personal Time Off: 3 weeks off every 12 months. New graduates also receive 5 study days prior to sitting for their board exam.
