Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hospital case management experience (Required)
- Prior Case Management leadership or team lead experience
- Strong background in utilization review and level-of-care determination
- Experience managing discharge planning and transitions of care
- Proven ability to resolve payer, authorization, and financial documentation issues
- Experience collaborating with nursing leadership and executive teams
Licenses
- Active Oregon RN License (Required)
Certifications
- BLS (AHA)
- Case Management certification (ACM or CCM) preferred
