Highly competitive comp package with guaranteed 5-year salary plus sign-on, relocation and wRVU bonus. Full-time Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine physician role (Hospitalist/Nocturnist) in Napa Valley, CA. Permanent, hospital-employed. Day hospitalists: 7 on/7 off (≈15 shifts/month). Nocturnists: 5-night blocks (10–15 shifts/month). Avg census ~15 patients/day. No procedures, no code coverage, open ICU. • BC Internal Medicine (required) • Unrestricted CA medical license (required) • Experience in hospital medicine or nocturnist care • Comfortable with average 15-patient daily census • Eligible to work in US
