May 6 th -10 th.
May 13 th -17 th:
May 20 th. - 24 th
May 27 th -31 st
June 3 rd -7 th
June 10 th -14 th
June 17 th -21 st
June 24 th -28 th
July 1 st -5 th.
July 8 th -12 th
(future dates TBD)
Shift:
Call: No call anticipated
Patient volume: Monthly OR volume including GI- 300-350
Scope: ortho, bariatrics, GS, GI, complex spine, podiatry, urology, gyn, urogyn, eyes, pain
Must be comfortable working independently and able to do lines and blocks.
EMR: Athena
Group/support: total of 7 this includes 1 MD when fully staffed.
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active IL license
