Locum to Perm Invasive Cardiologist Needed in Virginia We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Invasive Cardiology Physician for a high-value Locum to Perm opportunity near Dogue, Virginia. This role involves providing comprehensive cardiovascular care across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings to adult and geriatric patients. We are looking for a physician who can commit immediately until a permanent placement is secured. Position Highlights Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Clinic. Procedures: Primary focus on Electrocardiograms (EKGs) and invasive cardiology care. Supervision: Collaborate with and supervise a team of 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). Volume: Average 10 clinic patients and 12-15 inpatient admissions daily. Call Schedule: Rotating night and weekend call with an attractive 1:6 call ratio. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts. Qualifications Board Certification: Cardiology, with an Invasive focus (Required). Fellowship: Completed AHF Fellowship with LVAD experience (Required). Licensure/Certifications: Active VA Medical License, ACLS, and DEA registration. EMR: Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system is required. Note: Only mileage reimbursement is offered; local candidates are preferred. Must have a clean background.
